CogTrack automates the workflow between a patient completing a cognitive assessment and a clinician signing off the result. Scoring, collation, longitudinal comparison, and first-pass summary are all handled by the system. The clinician reviews and decides.
Once scores are confirmed, the system generates a structured draft note covering context, baseline, follow-up findings, pattern synthesis, and recommendations. The clinician edits and signs. Both draft and final versions are stored with a full audit trail.

Arabic right-to-left layout, regional currency localisation, and dialect variants are all supported in the production architecture.
