Proof of concept  ·  ROI model  ·  No pre-filled figures. Results reflect only what is entered
Overview Clinician dashboard
ROI model  ·  Built for the centre's own numbers

What paperwork costs today, and what a single client record returns.

Enter your programs, your clinicians and your time. The model separates money you stop spending, capacity you can sell, and growth you might win. Each is labeled by how firm it is.

Nothing is pre-filled. Enter the centre's own figures. Results appear as soon as clients and fees are entered, and each section adds to them. Start with Section 1.
Section 1

Programs and clients

Clients per month and fee per client for each service line. Leave a line blank if the centre does not run it. Clinician min per client is the total across every clinician, including report review. It sets how many extra clients freed time can fund, and only lines with it filled in count toward extra capacity.

Section 2

Clinician paperwork per client

Minutes each clinician spends handling paper per client: administering written tests, scoring, transcribing, and writing up. Leave zero where a role is not involved. Rates are cost to the centre per hour.

Section 3

Coordination and the final report

Each clinician sends results to one repository. A master template builds the final report with index, page numbers, headers and footers. This section prices the administrative work that replaces.

Section 4

What CogTrack changes

These settings decide how much of the time saved becomes money. Drag a slider or type a value. A greyed slider means nothing is set yet. Saved minutes are worth nothing until they cut paid hours or fill a bookable slot.

Section 5 Speculative

Growth

Follow-up testing and new contracts. Treat these as upside to test in a pilot, not as a promise.

Section 6

Cost to the centre: cash and barter

Enter what the centre pays in cash and what it credits in barter. Leave all blank to see benefit only.

How to read this. Cost avoided is firm only where hours actually leave payroll, overtime or locum spend. Capacity revenue is conditional on demand: bookable slots need clients. Growth is unproven. Revenue is shown after a contribution margin, because extra clients carry their own costs. A pilot replaces estimates with measured data.
